On February 26th, Mr. Pan from China Railway Construction and Mr. Chen from China Railway Jiuqiao visited the company for inspection and exchange. The group's general manager, Liu Lei, warmly received them. The purpose of this inspection was to hold a trilateral discussion and exchange activity on project expansion in Thailand and Mongolia.

The inspection team, accompanied by the general manager, first visited the corporate culture exhibition hall and office premises of the group company, followed by discussions and exchange activities. Finally, the inspection team drove to Xinhe Town to conduct on-site inspections of the group's subsidiary company, Meilian Bilin Agricultural Company.

At the exchange meeting, the inspection team first watched the promotional video of Yongcheng Construction Group. Mr. Chen from China Railway Ninth Bridge expressed that after visiting the corporate culture exhibition hall of Dongfang Group and watching the corporate promotional video, he highly recognized the overall operation and on-site management of Dongfang Group and Yongcheng Construction Group. Especially after hearing about Yongcheng Construction's construction performance in recent years, he believed that this visit and exchange was a worthwhile trip. He said that the Southeast Asian construction market has broad development prospects, good policies, and many opportunities for expansion, making it the preferred direction for domestic construction enterprises to explore the market. China Railway Construction Pan Zongzong stated that Mongolia is currently investing heavily in infrastructure projects, especially in the construction of ring roads, expressways, and cross road bridges. He also gave a detailed explanation of the bidding market, domestic policies, and local customs in Mongolia. At the meeting, Pan also proposed several intended projects to jointly study how to form a consortium to participate in bidding.

Finally, the general manager of the group stated that although Yongcheng Construction Group has been established for fifteen years, the past decade has mainly been dedicated to supporting the real estate sector of the group company. In the past five years, Yongcheng Construction Group has continuously improved and cultivated its strategic positioning, optimized structure, module management, software support, and other aspects, promoting the company's quality and efficiency improvement, transformation and upgrading, and thus stepping out of Xuzhou, Jiangsu, and overseas, continuously undertaking various projects. He emphasized that whether a company can be continuously recognized in a market depends not on how many awards or projects it receives, but on the satisfaction of the first party. In his opinion, the long-term stable development of Yongcheng Construction Group in the construction field ultimately relies on the reputation and prestige of the owners. Only by providing good service to the first party and fully recognizing and satisfying them can Yongcheng Construction Group's project engineering continue to flow. He stated that in the future, the Southeast Asian market and the Mongolian market will be the markets that Yongcheng Construction Group focuses on developing. We will increase our joint efforts with central state-owned enterprises, bind excellent partners, conduct research and analysis on overseas engineering related markets, and simultaneously promote engineering production standardization and enterprise brand promotion. We will work together with all sectors to achieve a win-win situation.
